OS Board keeps individual reports off public boards. This page explains who can process them and where accepted work may go.
Who can see a report
The contributor and authorized members of the receiving product team can access a report. Security-sensitive reports may be further restricted to workspace owners and administrators.
Agent processing
Report text and evidence may be processed by an AI service to ask follow-up questions, assess completeness, identify likely duplicates, and prepare a team-facing summary. Do not submit passwords, access tokens, private keys, customer data, or other secrets.
Attachments and engineering tools
Attachments are stored privately and require authorization to retrieve. When a team accepts a report, relevant evidence may be copied or linked into its configured Linear or GitHub workspace.
Payments
Stripe processes dollar funding, connected-account onboarding, and payouts. Supported token payouts require a verified wallet. OS Board stores payout state, not card or bank credentials.
